Building on the success of our previous store in Spinningfields, Manchester, this was our second collaboration with Black Sheep, located in the bustling area of Haymarket, Edinburgh.
As of september 2024 this was Black Sheep Coffee’s largest site in the UK, spanning 3,300 sq ft.

The site undertook a comprehensive mechanical and electrical package. This covered sprinklers, catering equipment, electrical systems, upgraded lighting, plumbing, and new air conditioning. An audio/visual package was also installed featuring order screens.
The project showcased a wide range of specialised services and project management.
Including the installation of a lift, the site undertook a comprehensive mechanical and electrical package, new porcelain flooring, alongside bespoke joinery for a custom counter, fitted seating, and unique waste bins.
Despite the logistical challenges posed by the split-level unit and busy Haymarket location, we successfully overcame these hurdles to deliver an exceptional space.
