Black Sheep Coffee Manchester
Located in Spinningfields, Manchester this was our first project for Black Sheep Coffee. Black Sheep have a unique brand identity, following rustic themes and materials, that we were tasked with bringing to life.
This multifaceted project was completed in 8 weeks and was the beginning of a thriving relationship between SIM and Black Sheep Coffee.
M&E and Catering
Working alongside the client we helped design a commercial kitchen. We coordinated the manufacturing and installation of the kitchen and catering equipment. Alongside this we also implemented an M&E package.
Scope of Works
We provided a comprehensive turnkey fit-out and project management. Bespoke joinery was crafted that harmonised seamlessly with the rustic decor, incorporating reclaimed timber, corrugated sheeting & concrete walls.
The walls were then decorated with branded feature lighting and graffiti wall Art. Cutting-edge technology, including UHD LED screens and order screens.
Logistics
Working inside the centre of Manchester Spinningfields there were logistical challenges around the project. We had to coordinate deliveries and waste removal in accordance with the local management in order to allow the project to be delivered without issues.
