Cablecom tasked us with carrying out complete refurbishment works of their new office. Our team was asked to create an open-plan office space, complete with a reception area, private meeting rooms, and breakout areas. We created a comfortable and streamlined working environment for Cablecom employees.
Health and Safety
Employee safety was a priority, with fire-rated glazed partitioning and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, including new power, lighting, and networking infrastructures.
Scope of Works
Our team managed the full fit-out process for Cablecom, from initial strip-out to design and build. We optimized space planning to create a spacious, open-plan office with refurbished kitchen and WC facilities.
The office now features private meeting rooms, breakout areas, new flooring, bespoke joinery, and carefully selected furniture. Cablecom’s branding was integrated throughout the design with custom signage and graphics.
Client Requirements
CableCom wanted to boost workflow and staff morale within their office space. The new office allowed Cablecom to bring all project and operations teams together in one facility promoting collaboration between all their employees.
