It’s always a pleasure to welcome a client back to SIM Fit-Out. This was our second turnkey fit out for the Maki & Ramen brand after a successful opening in Manchester.
The team are involved from developing the initial design concepts through to the full restaurant fit-out. We are overjoyed by the success of the Maki & Ramen brand and are proud to be helping them grow and expand across the UK.
Design
During the design process we worked with the client to help finalise and implement their vision. We provided insights into logistical challenges the design may face and ways we could overcome them.
Scope of Works
The team delivered a comprehensive turnkey fit-out, providing a full mechanical, electrical and catering package alongside bespoke joinery and featured decoration.
Alongside this we crafted features throughout the restaurant; the bespoke cocktail bar as you enter, illuminated Sakura ceiling, timber panelling & feature lighting.
Commercial Kitchen
We helped design and install the client’s state-of-the-art kitchen that was crafted perfectly to match the specific requirements of a kitchen, working and cooking with Japanese food. We also integrated HVAC systems and cold stores into the package.
Authentic Experience
Each aspect was thoughtfully curated to reflect the culinary experience offered. Maki & Ramen’s Leeds branch combines modernity and authenticity, in the Sakura feature ceiling, to provide a unique dining experience.
