After such a successful opening in Manchester, Maki & Ramen brought their fresh ramen to the heart of Leeds. SIM again provided a comprehensive turnkey fit-out, providing full mechanical, electrical and catering package alongside bespoke joinery and featured decoration.
Within 10-weeks, Maki & Ramen in Leeds underwent a significant overhaul. The team crafted features throughout the restaurant; the bespoke cocktail bar as you enter, illuminated Sakura ceiling, timber panelling & lighting. The ambiance of the restaurant was brilliantly authentic with a modern twist.
Each aspect was thoughtfully curated to reflect the culinary experience offered. Maki & Ramen’s Leeds branch combines modernity and authenticity to provide a unique dining experience.
