Continuing Maki & Ramen’s UK expansion in 2025, we delivered the full fit-out of a stunning restaurant at Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester in May 2025.
Compliance
Due to location of the restaurant being inside the busy Highcross Shopping Centre, we had many regulations to adhere to, enforced by the centre. We successfully delivered the whole project while being fully compliant at all times.
Scope of Works
The team delivered a comprehensive turnkey fit-out, providing a full mechanical, electrical and catering package alongside bespoke joinery and feature decoration.
