In November 2025, as part of Maki & Ramen’s ongoing UK expansion, we delivered the full fit-out of a stunning restaurant at Metrocentre in Newcastle.
Compliance
Given the restaurant’s location within the Metro Centre, there were a number of regulations we needed to adhere to. We successfully delivered the entire project while maintaining full compliance throughout.
Scope of Work
The team delivered a complete turnkey fit-out, encompassing full mechanical, electrical and catering packages, as well as bespoke joinery and distinctive feature decoration.
