At SIM Fit-Out, we relish the opportunity to collaborate with visionary brands, and our partnership with Muffin Break UK is a testament to our commitment to capability. We loved to play our part in Muffin Break’s national roll-out program, this time within the Broadway Shopping Centre in Bradford.
This 2,500 sq ft space required meticulous planning and coordination to bring our client’s vision to life while meeting the strict timescales alongside delivering key compliance.
Operating within a shopping centre demands precision and effective communication with centre management, client and project teams. SIM Fit-Out successfully delivered, ensuring a seamless process. Coordinating all of the in-house design teams and specialist sub contractors including fire, mechanical and electrical throughout the project providing a turnkey solution for the client.
Offering tailored joinery, we executed the strip-out and refurbishment with unwavering dedication to the highest standards. The outcome was a cafe interior that not only met our client’s expectations but surpassed them.
