Due to the nature of the retail industry, the team were tasked with a short turnaround time for the project. This meant we had to work quickly and under pressure from the client to meet the deadlines.
We successfully delivered a turnkey fit-out, from shopfitting and M&E works to signage, graphics, flooring, and lighting installations. Our scope also included the installation of perimeter and freestanding units, floor tiling, shelving, and the construction of a new shop front and signage.
Due to the location being inside Lakeside Shopping Centre, the project presented several logistical challenges. However, our operations team expertly navigated these, working closely with the centre management throughout the process to ensure smooth delivery.
