Sweet Joe’s – Birmingham Grand Central
Beginning our relationship with Sweet Joe’s, we were asked to deliver their first brick and mortar cookie store. Located at Birmingham Grand Central, this new 320-square-foot space was transformed into a vibrant store, bringing Sweet Joe’s beloved cookie dough to life in a permanent location.
Design
The design brief was to create a vibrant store that encapsulates the Sweet Joe’s brand and also to catch the eye of potential customers passing by.
Scope of Works
The project was a 4-week fit-out to convert the current shell unit into a fully operational store. It was a full turnkey operation, including bespoke joinery tailored to the store’s unique needs, alongside a comprehensive electrical & mechanical package.
Challenges
Working inside Grand Central had it’s challenges. The operations team worked alongside Network Rail and the centre to make sure all the correct procedure and expectations of the centre was met. This was vital in ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
