Bagel Factory Finsbury Circus
Bagel Factory are a growing UK brand with over 50 sites in the UK and Ireland. They tasked us with a complete fit-out of their Finsbury Circus store and expressed they wanted to maximise the space available as much as possible.
Maximising Space
Due to the size of the site we were asked to maximise the space available. We did this by designing and installing a mezzanine floor which provided the client with space for toilets and additional seating.
Scope of Works
Our team delivered a full suite of bespoke joinery, including a custom-designed counter and feature wall panelling.
We also designed and installed the mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, strategic lighting, and the catering equipment.
Logistics
Finsbury Circus’s bustling location posed logistical challenges, which we overcame through careful planning and coordination. We scheduled deliveries during off-peak hours and managed the site meticulously to ensure a seamless project flow.
