Cablecom

Our team project managed the entire fit-out process, from the initial strip out to design and build. Careful space planning was employed to ensure the office design was optimised for the needs of Cablecom’s business. We created a spacious open-plan office space, complete with a refurbished kitchen and WC facilities. Private meeting rooms and breakout areas were installed throughout the office to aid collaboration amongst Cablecom employees. We installed new flooring and carefully selected office furniture, alongside bespoke joinery. Meanwhile, Cablecom’s branding was incorporated throughout the office design with custom-made signage and graphics. The health and safety of employees was prioritised throughout the refurbishment, with fire-rated glazed partitioning being installed throughout the office. We also carried out a number of mechanical and electrical systems upgrades. We installed new power, lighting, and networking infrastructures throughout the building.

We created a comfortable and streamlined working environment for Cablecom employees, boosting workflow and staff morale within the space. The new office space allowed Cablecom to bring all project and operations teams together in one facility.
