Toy retailer Hamleys tasked us with carrying out a number of shopfitting projects in their stores across the UK, from store refurbishments to full shop fit-outs at new locations. Amongst these projects was an exciting full-scale relocation of Hamleys Glasgow flagship store to a bespoke built facility at the St Enoch centre. The Hamley’s Glasgow flagship store re-location was an ambitious project.
As the project managers, we successfully coordinated the design and development of new fittings for the Hamleys store, maintaining effective communication throughout our supply chain. Our retail design team created on-site joinery, M&E, lighting, decoration new shopfront, signage, and graphics for the new store. Meanwhile, our project managers oversaw the relocation of existing shop fittings from the old store to the new flagship store location.
Our project with Hamleys was an unmitigated success. Having demonstrated the seamless logistical planning and high standard of craftsmanship we maintain for our fit-out projects, Hamleys asked us to work alongside them to develop new schemes for their store maintenance. We now help Hamleys to manage the planned and reactive maintenance of their store portfolio.
