Jamaica Blue Manchester Arndale
Our partnership with Jamaica Blue, a national coffee shop chain, embarked on a national roll-out program, and the Manchester Arndale Centre became one of their chosen locations. We had 4,000 sqft to work with and a strict 4-week timescale, in line with the client’s delivery programme.
Logistics
Working inside a bustling shopping centre introduced logistical complexities and also understanding the specific compliance around the shopping centre’s guidelines. Our experienced project & site teams maintained high standard throughout to deliver the programme.
Scope of Works
We completed the strip-out of the existing store and then delivered a turnkey fit-out. We provided bespoke joinery and implemented a Mechanical & Electrical package, lighting systems, and coordinated the install of the HVAC systems.
Design
The design of the store was built around Jamaica Blue’s ethos of fresh ingredients. The bamboo chairs and flooring give it a natural feel alongside the greenery and soft lighting around the store.
