Slim Chickens Clarks Shopping Village
Slim Chickens in Clarks Village was our first project for Slim Chickens and the Boparan Restaurant Group! The 3000 sq ft site at Clarks Village in Glastonbury underwent a comprehensive turnkey fit-out and strip-out, completed in just 5 weeks.
Boparan Restaurant Group are the lead franchisee for Slim Chickens in the UK, with over 45 sites currently operating as of September 2024.
Compliance
Due to the site being located in Clarks Village, the team had to work with the centre management to coordinate deliveries and arrange when works could take place on the site.
Scope of Works
Our team at SIM Fit-Out managed the entire process. We delivered custom joinery for bin units and the service counter and also included a comprehensive M&E package and a tailored catering package. We also coordinated and installed the external bespoke signage, wall graphics, new flooring, and LED order screens.
